Anna Pendleton, CSWC
Anna (she/her) is a therapist who works with individuals and couples. She supports clients experiencing trauma symptoms, anxiety and OCD, grief, illness, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions.
Therapy with Anna includes honoring the wisdom of emotions, increasing awareness of the mind-body connection, and learning to befriend all parts of self. Anna is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who enjoys working with people of all races and gender expressions. She strives to create a warm and caring environment in which clients are invited to bring their whole selves.
Anna holds a Master of Social Work degree with a focus in mental health from The University of Denver. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy that supports healing from the symptoms and distress that result from difficult life experiences. Anna is also working toward certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based method for helping individuals and couples change negative patterns and increase closeness and connection. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked for over a decade in public education as a teacher and district administrator.
Outside of the office, Anna enjoys trail running, hiking, reading, practicing yoga, laughing at her cats, and connecting with loved ones.
Anna sees clients in-person in the Denver office and via Telehealth using a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. She has availability Monday-Friday. Her session rates are $160/50 minutes and $240/75 minutes.
