Eli Schaugh, MFTC

Eli (he/him) works with adult couples and individuals with a special focus on those who are experiencing chronic or life threatening medical conditions. He has a special passion for working with cancer patients and caregivers because of the unique struggles they face.

Eli has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based method for working with couples and individuals to de-escalate negative patterns and increase security, empathy, and connection. He believes that when people feel safe and secure in their relationships, even the most difficult and painful problems can be overcome.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Eli worked as a coach and trainer with SUCCESS®️, a leading company in the personal development field. Eli was responsible for training and certifying coaches all over the world in effective coaching, leadership, and communication techniques that help people achieve their goals in their business and personal lives.

Eli is an ally and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, and he welcomes clients of all sexual and gender identities.

When he’s not working, Eli enjoys traveling with his wife and dog, fencing, singing, and spending time in nature.

Eli sees clients in-person in the Denver office and via Telehealth using a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. He has availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. His session rates are $160/50 minutes and $240/75 minutes.
